Elvira Montes is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Master’s in Social Work in May 2021 and obtained her clinical licensure in August 2025. Throughout both her educational and professional journey, she has remained deeply committed to ongoing growth and learning so she can best support her clients in reaching their full potential.
Elvira enjoys working with adults and focuses on concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, attachment issues, and trauma. Her approach to therapy is warm, grounding, and empathetic, creating a space where clients can show up exactly as they are while feeling supported in where they hope to go. She firmly believes in the resilience of the human spirit and is passionate about helping clients explore and cultivate greater fulfillment in their lives.
Her therapeutic work is informed by evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Elvira is honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful change.
